I really enjoyed my first Essential Reform Pilates Class with The One Room Studio . It has everything you need: nice, bright studio, new machines with lots of equipments, all the attention and help from the trainer, some coffee and tea if you’re thirsty and of course a really enjoyable class while your muscles are burning hard. I already booked my second session for the next day. Thank you!
